Paddle, our merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
So every refund is paid by Paddle, back to the card or account you paid with, under this policy and the Paddle refund policy. Approved refunds are usually back within 14 days.
14 days to change your mind
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment:
- First payment of a monthly or yearly plan: full refund.
- Yearly renewal: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date. We email you 30 days before every yearly renewal, so it never comes as a surprise.
- Monthly renewal: full refund of that month if you ask within 14 days of it.
- Upgrade or extra seats: refund of the extra amount charged.
- Credit packs: refund of the credits you have not used.
No reason needed. When a payment is refunded, the plan, seats or credits it paid for end.
After 14 days
Monthly: cancel any time. The plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. That month is not refunded.
Yearly: 12 months upfront with 2 months free. It cannot be cancelled mid-year, and the remaining months are not refunded. You can turn off renewal at any time, and the plan stops at the end of the paid year.
Credits: monthly credits carry over one month, packs last 12 months. Credits have no cash value.
We still refund after 14 days when the service was not delivered: if we fail to provide what you paid for, or we remove a main part of your plan, we refund the unused part.
Your statutory rights always apply
Nothing in this policy reduces the rights you have by law. If you are a consumer, the law of your country may give you a right to cancel. As described in the Paddle refund policy, these include:
- EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey and Israel: 14 days;
- South Korea, Brazil, China and Canada: 7 days;
- Singapore: 5 days.
Where the law gives you more than this policy, the law wins.

How to ask for a refund
- Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you paid with, and choose to request a refund. You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt.
- Or write to us at hello@qvinta.ai with your workspace name and the email on the receipt. We pass it to Paddle and follow it up.
To cancel a subscription, use the billing page in your workspace, the link in your Paddle receipt, or paddle.net. Cancelling stops the next renewal; asking for a refund is a separate request.
Please contact us or Paddle before opening a dispute with your bank. It is faster for everyone. Refunds may be refused for fraud or clear abuse of this policy.
