Our terms of service is being written. It will be here before sign-up opens to the public, and you will see it before you pay for anything.

In short, for now: your workspace has its own databases, QVINTA looks inside only with the owner's approval (or in an emergency, which the owner is told about at once), and every access is logged. The FAQ says more.

Billing, in short

Monthly plans renew each month. Cancel any time and the plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. No cancellation fee.

Yearly plans are paid upfront for 12 months, with 2 months free. A yearly plan can't be cancelled mid-year and isn't refunded, in full or in part. It renews for another year unless you turn renewal off before the renewal date. We email you 30 days before.

Changes. Moving up starts right away, and on a yearly plan you pay the difference for the months left. Moving down starts at your next renewal.

Credits. Monthly credits carry over one month, then expire. Pack credits last 12 months. Credits end when the plan ends and have no cash value.

Seats. One seat is one named person. Seats can't be shared. Prices are in USD, before tax.
